Modifies an existing subscription, including its event types, target configuration, or metadata. The subscription must belong to the specified application. When disabling a subscription, all pending and scheduled request attempts for this subscription will be automatically marked as failed; they won't be set back to a pending state if the subscription is re-enabled later.
